OUR STORY

After our son, Kyle Myrick, was murdered we were shocked and often dismayed by the pace and methods of the legal system. We met so many people who were, like us, immersed in and frustrated with the road towards justice. The laws did not seem to be in their favor and many of the rules were shifting or being replaced by even worse laws. We decided to help organize a response to unfair laws and events.

We also learned that after a sentence was delivered, victims and families of victims were often not notified of parole hearings and other important events.  Tools on this website will help alert people when something notable is happening with the inmate(s) they select, since the authorities often fail to do so.

The name Angel's Justice is to honor those killed by violent crimes, as they are now all our angels. But this site is for any victim of violent, sexual or other abusive crimes and is also for the people who care about those victims.
